That’s why Grove Construction continuously invests in tools to stay in pace with best practices in the industry such as Procore and SmartBid to name a few.
SmartBid is a web-based bid management system. With SmartBid, Grove Construction has built a robust database of pre-qualified subcontractors and suppliers. We review each project and select the subcontractors / suppliers we fill will be a best fit for the project. Grove then sends bid requests, shares relevant project documents and gathers bids. SmartBid integrates well with several other web-based applications such as Procore.

We are growing at a steady pace and the projects we complete are getting larger and more complex. One risk of growth is something is left behind. That is why starting in 2017 Grove Construction started to utilize Procore project management software. With Procore, owners can log in from anywhere and view construction reports, photos and approve submittals. Subcontractors can log in and add submittals, see the schedule and view plans.
Subcontracts and financials are also managed within Procore to make sure nothing gets dropped or forgotten.
